5. Scope and Capability Status
Scope and Capability Status requirements from the authoritative Glitchpad Technical Specification.
v0.1.4 retains the text-family capabilities promoted to stable in v0.1.0 and adopts the released BrandBuilder AppFrame and platform artwork. Image preview and inspection code merged in S039 and S040 remains outside the stable support matrix and operating-system associations until the v0.2.0 conformance and activation gates pass. A capability becomes experimental or stable only through a release that includes its implementation, platform artifacts, conformance evidence, associations, documentation, and notices.
